Delivery Guide

• We offer FREE UK carriage on all orders over £150.00 
• For orders below carriage paid, we charge standard delivery at £12.00
• For standard UK delivery, we use the UPS standard service
• For deliveries to a residential address, this incurs a £3.00 surcharge - please select the 'Shipping to Residential Address (UK)' or 'Carriage Paid (over £150.00) - residential address' shipping method 
• If you require your order by a certain date, or it is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to help

Lead Times

As we batch produce our products, our standard lead times are 2-3 weeks and up to 4 weeks during busy periods. 

Returns Policy

We really hope that you are pleased with your order however, if you are not fully-satisfied, please do get in touch and we will be more than happy to arrange a refund or exchange. 

We just ask that you notify us within 7 days and return the item/s to us within 30 days of the purchase date and in the original condition and packaging that you received it.

Refunds will usually be processed via the original purchase method. Regrettably, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.
