Our terms and conditions for wholesale orders can be found below:

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) | £60.00 ex. VAT (x6 packs)
• Carriage paid order (mainland UK only) | £150.00 ex. VAT (x13 packs)
• Payment terms | Pro forma on all first orders and strictly 30 days credit thereafter, subject to satisfactory payment history 
• Lead times | We batch produce, not mass-produce our products - standard lead times are 2-3 weeks (up to 4 weeks during busy periods)
• Legal | Goods are to be sold direct through your own bricks and mortar or online shop only. The reselling of our products through sites, including but not limited to, eBay, Amazon, Not On The High Street, Etsy, Trouva, Faire etc is not permitted. Goods supplied remain the property of The Pop Out Card Company Limited until payment in full has been received
• Display models | We provide up to 6 greeting card display models* with each order, free of charge. Please list the display models that you would like in the 'Add A Note To Your Order' message box which can be found in your cart (the step before checkout). If you require more than 6 display models, please contact us and we will issue you with a separate invoice for these. Additional display models are charged at £0.60 each. NB: a display model consists of the model and greeting card (envelope not supplied)
• Pricing | Prices exclude shipping which will be charged at cost, unless carriage paid has been met. Prices exclude VAT which will be added at checkout. A VAT invoice will be sent with your order
